There’s arguably little more that directly impacts job satisfaction and ultimately dictates how invested employees are at work than corporate culture. Departmental culture on any team is influenced by the direction set at the top. Central to both are a set of values that underly everything the company aspires to be. In order to understand departmental culture and UX culture specifically, we must first talk about company culture.
