I love a good challenge. One of the more rewarding opportunities I’ve undertaken in my design career was bringing two divergent creative groups together under a single unified design team. This occurred almost a decade ago, but I still see echoes of similar rivalries within various organizations for which I’ve worked. This article attempts to capture how I brought the two groups together to build a culture of mutual respect and partnership.
